Barefoot Running

Are you curious?  I am.  Between my bursitis and the fact that I cannot train for my 10K cuz of my need for new shoes, I’m seriously considering this.

  1. If you do give it a try, be sure and recalibrate the soles of your feet by *walking* barefoot first, at least for a couple days. That will help. Click on the name “Green Footprint” to learn more – and remember: Every day is Earth Day!
