Workout – Tuesday

Outside Run:  40 min (did an hour dog walk yesterday, not sure if I recorded it)

Calories:  338

Temp:  -1 and GORGEOUS

I ran to the doctor’s today for my test.  He checked out my feet, my hips, my runners, etc.  My bursitis is in my hip.  He showed me some great stretches to do, and told me to ice it regularly.   And he gave me a “perscription” for runners.

The perscription states (where I can read his writing):

Trochateric bursitis

Tight ITB

Tight Calves & (something) dorsiflexiar (?) causing excessive pronation when running.

Supinating feet when standing.

Needs stability type shoe.



  1. do you use a foam roller to stretch after your runs?

    • I don’t… in fact, I’ve not heard of such a thing. Must google!
