I ran to the doctor’s today for my test. He checked out my feet, my hips, my runners, etc. My bursitis is in my hip. He showed me some great stretches to do, and told me to ice it regularly. And he gave me a “perscription” for runners.
The perscription states (where I can read his writing):
Tight Calves & (something) dorsiflexiar (?) causing excessive pronation when running.
Supinating feet when standing.
Needs stability type shoe.
