Saturday Workout

Week Total: 2 hours 35 minutes

30 min – Treadmill Interval Training (3.5 mph during show, 5 mph running during commercial breaks

5 min – Treadmill on highest uphill angle at 3.5 mph with 5lb handweights doing arm raises

10 min – Treadmill on highest uphill angle at 3.0 mph, clench glutes on each step (building this damn flat family ass)

5 min – yoga stretching

Total time today = 50 min
