Breakfast was a 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 a banana, a glass of milk and my vitamins.
Lunch was a Quizno’s chicken carbonara on brown, which was DEELISH! Especially cuz hubby went out and got it for me unexpectedly.
Lunch didn’t sustain me well, though, so an hour later I had a 1/2 cup of plain ff yogurt, with granola.
Afternoon snack was a garlic pesto wrap holding 1/2 an avocado, a tomato and brocslaw.
Dinner was the BEST. In a tablespoon of oil I sauteed fresh green beans and onions, sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce (they were SPICY). This was served beside a steak, which was fast seared (read: raw in the middle… yum). On top of the steak was some mushrooms, topped with about a tablespoon of a red wine reduction. Holy CRAPPERS it was good!
