I hyperlinked the names of my videos so you can see what I’m doing.  Billy Banks is totally my mom’s boyfriend.  LOL  She’d drool all over the screen if she saw him.

I’ve decided I am not eating popcorn tonight.  I have given myself WAY too many indulgences lately, and they are gonna start showing.  I stepped on the scale this morning to 158.  Not cool.  Yes, I’m at the beginning of my period, but that only accounts for a pound or two.  The rest is me eating too much.

I’ve started a great workout regime, and I’m sticking to it.  Now to get my eating under control again.  During the week I’m great, but weekends are crazy.  Time to walk the walk.

Biggest Loser without popcorn… I can totally do this, and it will be a HUGE nsv!!

  1. I think I used to have that Crunch Master Blaster workout. I cleared out a bunch of VHS tapes a while back and gave them away though, and that was one of them.
