Holy Yum!!

I made the best dinner!

First I picked a sketti squash out of the garden, rinsed it off, cut the stem off, poked it, then baked it at 350 for 45 minutes.

Then I pulled it out, cut it in half and scooped out the yuck.  Misto’ed it with olive oil, sprinkled with oregano and garlic powder, and back in the oven it went for ten minutes. 

Pulled it out and filled the cavity with meatballs and Blue Menu Primavera.  Topped with a sprinkle of cheese and back in the oven at 300 for another 1/2 hour.

    • LOL… not really. I had a sketti squash last spring and grabbed an empty yogurt container and filled it with dirt from outside. I planted three seeds and two grew. I transplanted them into the garden and voila! Farmer Brown at your service!
