I made the best dinner!
First I picked a sketti squash out of the garden, rinsed it off, cut the stem off, poked it, then baked it at 350 for 45 minutes.
Then I pulled it out, cut it in half and scooped out the yuck. Misto’ed it with olive oil, sprinkled with oregano and garlic powder, and back in the oven it went for ten minutes.
Pulled it out and filled the cavity with meatballs and Blue Menu Primavera. Topped with a sprinkle of cheese and back in the oven at 300 for another 1/2 hour.
