Today’s Eats:
Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatbran (mixed in 1/2 cup water & cooked), 1 tblsp walnuts, 1 tblsp dark chocolate chips
Lunch: 3oz roast beef, 1 tomato, 46 grams beets, 14 grams mustard, 3 oz spinach = yummy salad
Snack: 1.5 cup plain fat free yogurt, 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup raisins
Dinner: Buffalo burger on burger first bun with cheese & avocado. Side salad of spinach, yellow pepper, 1/2 tomato & balsamic vinegar.
